Designed with trainers in mind, Stephenson's Training Centre has expanded from a single original barn into a premier five-barn complex, supported by multiple specialized buildings and facility maintenance shops. Our layout places stabling directly around our spacious, professionally maintained training track to ensure fast, seamless daily access. We seamlessly combine elite-level conditioning infrastructure with highly competitive stall rates to give your stable the ideal competitive edge.
Founded by Mark Stephenson in 1985 and built throughout the late 1980s and 1990s, Stephenson's Training Centre remains 100% family-owned and operated to this day. Today, Cayley Stephenson, leads the facility with that same multi-generational passion. For over four decades, our 80-acre farm has been fueled by a deep love for horses and standardbred racing, driving our growth into one of the region's elite training hubs.
Our mission is to provide you and your team with the absolute best track surfaces to keep your horses fast, fit, and safe. Since our 41 year inception, only three Managers have specialized in maintaining our track, with each mentoring and training his predecessor. We pride ourselves on balancing first-class amenities with exceptional affordability, all while cultivating a strong, supportive community spirit just minutes from Flamboro Downs.
